By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: NO PARTIES (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE of HOUSE) NO loud noises after 11 PM NO SMOKING (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE of the HOUSE) If the house smells like smoke or there is smoking-related damage, there will be additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS: This property comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the sofa bed up to 10 guests. LOST GARAGE REMOTE: $50 EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT (MUST BE APPROVED BY HOST) EXCESSIVE CLEANING: If the house is left with trash everywhere: $50+ in additional cleaning charges. The months of March-April/Spring Break - We will only rent to families - Parents/Grandparents/Children. DOG: 2 any size, $100 pet fee, be completely potty trained, not left unattended unless crated, Guests will be financially responsible for damages caused by their dogs. PARKING - There is enough room for 3 cars on the driveway and a full size vehicle in the garage. No parking on grass. RING Doorbell onsite, RING on driveway, RING at pool equipment.

Pool Heat - During the winter months when the temps drop below 45, the pool heater will stop. Heat on from October - April. Winter Texans - Long term monthly rentals will require a mind-stay cleaning at no charge to guest. All photos were updated April 2025.
